Marianna is our Principal Lawyer and Founder. She has been practising law since 2011 specialising in commercial law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, contract law, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance and blockchain-based digital assets. She works with Australian and international clients ranging from start ups to established public companies across a range of industries. She expertly understands the legal industry having spent the first 5 years of her legal career at a top tier firm, later working for the largest Australian legal partnership, and becoming a Partner at a mid-tier national law firm. In her time as a student, she has earned the Supreme Court Prize (ranking first out of 391 students) and the University Medal in Law from Monash University in 2010, as well as academic prizes in Environmental Law, Legal Ethics, Property Law and Legal Reasoning. She also held the prestigious position of an Editor of the Monash University Law Review. Her prior degrees include Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Masters Qual in Critical Studies. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy at Deakin University on a part-time basis. She is also a co-founder and director of Parry Studios, a biomedical visualisation, animation and film production company.

Law Clerk

Sebastian

Sebastian is our law clerk and a law student at Monash University. He assists with legal research, document formatting and various ad hoc tasks. He is deeply interested in history and has published several award-winning poems.

Communications Officer

Joseph

Joseph assists us with client communications and proof-reading, while studying for Bachelor of Arts/Science degree at Monash University. He has a particular interest in Linguistics and IT.

Dr Jack helps our business run smoothly and stand out from the crowd in the real world and online. Jack holds a PhD in Animation from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons 1) from Wollongong University.
